These notes describe the procedure and conditions when ordering INTERACTER direct from Interactive Software Services Ltd. ("ISS"). If you prefer to order from one of our resellers, please follow their ordering instructions.

How to Place Your Order

Credit card orders are accepted by FAX, mail or telephone. To submit a credit card order by FAX or mail, just print and complete our order form.

We do not encourage placing credit card orders by email, for security reasons. Customers who choose to send credit card orders by email do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. ISS will not be held responsible for any loss incurred arising from unauthorised third party use of card information sent by unsecured email.

Currency

All credit card orders are billed in sterling, based on our currently published price lists, which are always available on this site. Your credit card company will debit your account in your local currency based on the currently applicable conversion rate on the day of the transaction. Note : We are consequently unable to confirm the exact local currency value of a credit card transaction. In particular, the US$ prices quoted on our price lists apply to 30-day account Purchase Orders only.

A sales invoice and credit card receipt will be mailed on the date of shipment showing the sterling value of your order.

• Card security number
• Card holder's name and initials as they appear on the card
• Card Expiry date
• Card holder's full postal/billing address
• Delivery address
• Card holder's signature (for orders placed by FAX or mail)

Account Approval

Purchase orders are accepted subject to prior account approval by ISS. Contact if you require 30-day account facilities.

How to Place Your Order

Purchase orders can be sent by FAX, email or mail. Your order should specify:

• Purchase order number or other order reference to be quoted on our invoice
• Delivery address
• Invoice address
• email address or other contact information (in case of queries)

Currency and Payment

Payment terms for account customers are 30 days from date of invoice (date of shipment). Payment methods depend on location:

• United Kingdom
  
  UK orders are billed in sterling. Payment should be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank or by BACS. Bank details are provided on our invoice to enable BACS payment.

• USA
  
  US orders are billed in US$. Payment should be made by US$ cheque drawn on a US bank or by wire transfer to our UK bank account. Bank details are provided on our invoice.

• Rest of the World
  
  All other orders are billed in sterling. Payment should be made by wire transfer to our UK bank account (bank details are provided on our invoice) or by sterling cheque or bank draft, drawn on a UK bank.

Shipping Costs

INTERACTER is supplied on CD and normally ships with hardcopy manuals (except for 5.0-5.01 upgrades). Shipments to UK addresses are shipped via first class mail, using Royal Mail's Signed For® service. Overseas items are shipped via Royal Mail's Airsure® or International Signed For® services, depending on the destination country.

The following shipping charges apply for single copies of INTERACTER. Cost depends on destination:

Prices are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable). US$ prices only apply to 30-day account purchases from the USA.

For shipping costs when ordering more than one copy, please contact with details of your destination and expected order size.

General Ordering Information

Order Information

Please be sure to specify the following product information on any order:

• Product name (i.e. INTERACTER)
• Target Fortran compiler and platform
• Serial number (for upgrades)

When ordering by credit/debit card, we recommend use of our standard order forms which allow you to easily specify the above information.

Value Added Tax

Value Added Tax (VAT) is chargeable on the total order value at the current UK rate of 17.5% on all UK orders.

Non-UK European Union customers should specify their local VAT Registration Number when ordering, otherwise VAT is applicable at the current UK rate.

VAT is not applicable to orders from outside of the European Union. However, local duties or taxes may apply. These are payable by you, the receiver of the goods, if applicable. ISS cannot be held responsible for payment of local duties or taxes in non-EU destinations.
